Its probably the wrong size but there is a no-return policy so we are stuck with some pillows that are uncomfortable. Honestly they are the least comfortable pillows we own but we put it at 3 stars because there should be better direction on fit and returns at a price this high for a pillow.

I was so excited to try this pillow offering neck support. I slowly incorporated it into my bedtime because it was awkward at first. After trying it a few times a week, my neck could not take it anymore. It's been about 4 weeks now and I still have the worst pain in my neck and shoulders from laying on this pillow. I wish there was a better return/exchange policy. This was the most expensive and uncomfortable pillow I have a ever purchased.

Extremely hard pillow - has taken me quite some time to get used to but a neck issue has compelled me to stick with it and try to break it in. Several times almost gave up. Do appreciate that I can sleep on my back or my side with it.

Hard as a rock! Caused neck pain

This product is not the tempurpedic quality I'm familiar with. It is unbelievably hard and caused neck pain when both my husband and I tried it for a night. I'm shocked that returns aren't allowed because this product almost seems defective it's so hard. I've never posted a review in my life but felt others needed to know given the high price point for this product.

Despite taking measurements, the pillow does not provide enough height. Its also not as long as i expected and does not fit in standard pillowcases. Return or exchange policy is much needed. Other pillow companies offer trials, tempur-pedic should too

Comfortable neck pillow

I purchased 2 smalls. Think I have a shorter neck....like 3 inches, so pillow is taking me a while to get used to. My husband on the other hand loves it!!!!

Unfortunately the size of the pillow differs from the one I purchased with my bed, and it is just way to small. It also is not the same as far as comfort. I was very disappointed that you could not return even unopened products.
