Changed material not good

I have used these neck pillows for years. I have even referred many of my patients to use this pillow but the material has changed and they say it has not but it is too hard and causes much neck pain. I have returned the pillow and then they sent me a pillow over soft with zero support. They need to go back to original material so that I can continue the use as well as refer to them. Very disappointed. Please go back to original material. Thank you

Just be aware that this pillow is very small and won't fit into any of your regular pillow cases! I didn't even think to check because why wouldn't it be standard sizing?! So disappointing

Bought two for me and my husband. Husband finds it uncomfortable while I have terrible headaches and shoulder/neck muscle tensions! Doesn't recommend.

My original purchase of this pillow 15+ years ago. My husband needed one so I bought him one and a replacement for myself. I cannot sleep without it. It cradles my head and aligns my neck and jaw. Best pillow ever! My husband seems to snore less and no longer states his neck hurts.
