This is my second Tempurpedic pillow. The first one I bought years ago at the Relax the Back Store. They let me take one home over night to try it out. Due to Covid I bought the replacement on line. I measured the distance from my shoulder to my neck, which basically said that the old pillow was too thin. So I got the size that the chart recommended. This pillow does not "give" like my previous one. It is stiff, and does not seem to conform to my neck and head. I keep thinking that I will adjust to it, but it still is really uncomfortable after a few weeks. I feel like they changed the material.

This pillow is perfect for back sleepers , and for people with neck pain . I use this pillow when I nap in the afternoon . I also purchased the down pillow ( as I am a side sleeper at night ) love love love theses pillows . Will never buy another kind .

This pillow is closer to a solid than any memory foam I have seen, very hard with little cushion. It is also several inches shorter than other similar style neck pillows I have owned in the past so ones head sits on both the high and low side - very uncomfortable. Sadly it cannot be returned as it is a "personal item". Big disappointment and waste of $$.

Too Stiff and way too small

Bought one for me and one for my wife. It has been 3 months since we bought them and the pillows are too small and to hard to sleep with. I strongly suggest you do your research because I'm sure there is something better out there. All of our pillow cases are huge for these pillows and me and my wife wake up with pain on our necks every attempt we made. These is not for everyone. Do your research or you will regret it

I was looking for a comfortable, but supportive pillow when purchasing this. Unfortunately, this pillow is so stiff that it actually presses against my jaw when laying on it. I feel like I really have to pull my head up over the curve on the pillow to get it somewhat in the right position, and I don't have a short neck.
