The Medium pillow is so high on the end I cannot comfortably sleep on it. It is in the guest room as it is not returnable.

It provides better support, but this is something I needed to get used to. My old pillow was worn out and didn't provide much support and the new one felt hard at first. I needed to adjust to the new firmness. I sleep hot and this pillow does not add to or improve the problem, but I am happy with it being neutral. I don't love the fact that no pillow cases fit this pillow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the pillow is so tall(I purchased Medium) and very very hard, I end up with terrible neck/back pain, the worst part is cause COVID they can accept exchange or return. I spent so much money for the pillow i used twice.

I had and loved a TempurPedic neck pillow for years-so much so that it was the difference between waking up daily with neck pain or not-but the replacement one I recently bought is much more shallow under my neck. I have a fairly small frame, so I think the small size should be correct according to measurements, but it's completely different than what I'd been accustomed to and loved. No ability to return/exchange the product, so I'm stuck with it.

I was concerned that the pillow would be too hard. The online chat person said that it will loosen up over time. I stacked books on top of it in different positions. I've let it breathe for about 2 months now. It really does feel like sleeping on a wood block. Also, the measurements didn't work for me. The pillow's ridge for the neck is way too high for me although I followed the measurement advice AND got the smaller size. Unfortunately it is not returnable. I bought this same kind of pillow from Tempur-pedic a long time ago and it was the only pillow I used for about 8 years. I loved it. I regret I haven't been able to find a replacement.

I have been using Tempurpedic pillows for many years. I am not satisfied with this one this time. It is too hard! I'm getting used to it but it is not softening up. I called about it but they didn't offer anything I could do about this. They said it would soften up, but I am not seeing that happening. Miss my soft pillow!

I was disappointed that the large pillow was less dense and firmer than one I'd bought several years ago. It's no longer available in the longer length like my old one. But it will be okay for my needs.
