I was really looking forward to these pillows, but unfortunately, they have not improved my sleeping experience. I read everywhere that it takes about two weeks for the neck pillows material to fully open and for one to adjust to the different style of the pillow, but it has been nearly two months now and I am not impressed. Tempurpedic also does not allow returns so please be aware of that before you purchase.

I am hoping that pillow firmness settles a litttle. This is my second pillow if this brand and type and my first is a little less firm. Could be age. Generally the product is quality.

This the firmest neck pillow I have had. Love it. I can sleep on my back or side with it and it doesn't deflate during the night. It has softened a tiny bit as it seems to have adapted to me but it's even better now. It's also the largest one I've found, which is what i wanted all along. Am sleeping more soundly and feeling more rested, without neck pain.

I am not satisfied with the current neck pillow. I purchased one about fifteen years ago with my mattress and was very comfortable. I recently purchased a new one. I don't know why the design changed. It is not comfortable.

This pillow is sized perfectly to alleviate my shoulder pain. I do use it on a rotation with another pillow to curb the back pain the higher pillow can cause. Worth the money!

Replaced an older version of the neck pillow

Because this pillow has a different shape than the older TempurPedic neck pillow I was replacing, I was concerned that it wouldn't be as comfortable as the original version. I am very pleased to report that my concern was for naught. This pillow is comfortable and supportive and I adjusted to it immediately. Make sure you do the proper measurements of the space between your shoulder and neck as described on the TempurPedic website to get the right size for your body. Love the comfort and no neck pain!!
