I measured myself and the pillow per specifications and it was too small. I reordered the next size up and it was still smaller than the previous version I have of the same pillow. Sizing has changed dramatically over the years. Unfortunately they don't take returns on pillows and local retailers don't have the ergonomic pillows in stock. Save yourself the hassle and the money.

Quality construction, but small size (Height) too "high"

I ordered a medium neck pillow and had to exchange it for the small version. I was looking to replace a 10 year old Tempur Pedic neck pillow which I absolutely love. However, even the "small" size was still too "high" and also the material did not have the same level of compressibility as the original one I bought 10 years ago. I can't use it, as it gives me a sore neck, which is the opposite of what it is supposed to do. I'm very disappointed as I was hoping to have another 10 years with this new replacement. Something has changed in the production as the material is just not the same as the original.

I have purchased a few Tempurpedic pillows over the years. This one is not the memory foam, which helped me so much over the years. The previous ones, you would kind of "melt" into. This is just "springy foam". It is constructed well, but definitely not the same. Instead of helping my neck, it hurts it. I would gladly pay twice the price for the original formula. If you sell the original under another name, please let me know.

Newer material way too firm

I have been sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic pillow for over 20 years. My old pillow was just not giving me enough support any longer so I decided to buy a new one. It seems TP has changed the material as this new pillow no longer molds to my the way the old material did. This pillow is much too firm. I am waking up with neck pain nearly every morning. It would be great if it were a little less firm.

This pillow is too hard for me. The curve is perfect for my neck but then it's like putting your head on cement with a blanket on top or something to that effect. I've had it over a month and still hate it. Maybe I'll use it behind my back while sitting on the couch to see if I can break it in that way. Disappointed in this purchase. I have other Tempurpedic pillow which I love, but not this one!

I have used this pillow for years. This pillow has been outstanding for both back and side sleeping. It has been a miracle for both my husband and I offering great support. My husband has sinus issues that are alleviated by keeping his head supported at a slight tilt. I have neck arthritis that requires proper support while sleeping. All other pillows I have used were not sturdy enough to properly support my neck during sleep. We have both been very happy with the quality of the neck pillow.

I had high hopes for how much these cost, but the pillow hurt my neck. The neck bump was too high and hard. Felt really hard against my ears so they got sore quickly. Just too firm. Zero return policy on pillows so buy with caution!
