Great pillow for tension headache sufferers

Have been dealing with tension headaches and nothing was helping. My physical therapist suggested looking into a more supportive pillow. I settled on the Tempur pedic neck pillow. My measurement was 7" and I got the large. The first 1-2 nights I wasnt for sure since this is a firm pillow. After that I loved it and will never use anything else. Give it a fair chance and let your body adjust to this firmness level.

35 and just understanding the value of a real pillow.

My dad recommended this pillow when I complained for the 85th time about neck pain from an old whiplash injury. Knowing full well that I'm too cheap to drop $$$ on something like this, he sent it to me as a gift and it's changed my life. As soon as I put my head in the valley of this pillow with my neck supported for the first time in 35 years... I drooled. Stunned into silence. Finding deep peace and tranquility. Now it goes with me everywhere (which is mostly nowhere because.. pandemic..). BUT! When I do travel again, I will feel absolutely no shame in checking a bag with 30% of the space devoted to this dreamboat of a pillow.

A more substantial version of my previous pillow

A more firm contoured pillow with a porous cover. This pillow supports the neck like no other. It is cool and while malleable rapidly restores it's shape .

Too firm

I found this pillow to be too firm. I did not see a chart to order based on a weight or neck length so my jaw and arm go numb at times.

It is good for my neck ,ost nights, however, it is much smaller than I expected and harder than I expected. I thought it would be much more like the mattress that gives a little.

Extremely small and not comfortable

This is not a standard size pillow at all and doesn't fit any of our regular pillow cases. It's also not comfortable and causes neck pain.

I love my Tempurpedic neck pillow. My doctor had recommended I purchase one because I had so many issues with my neck. Needless to say, it was one of the best decisions of my life! My first two pillows were the small size and this time I bought a medium. When I first started using the medium size pillow, I felt it was much firmer than my smaller one and I wasn't sure I liked it. Now I don't notice the difference so much, and my neck is still very happy! I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with neck Issues. It may take a little time getting used to it, but once you do, you'll never want to go back to a traditional pillow!
