Good quality just like my previous one

Not using either of the two I ordered, to large for my neck. Measured according to the web site and also measured my old one and it was right on. So back to using my old one that I have had for years. :(

I ordered exactly as I was supposed to do but the pillows seem to be too small and too firm. This in turn caused worsened neck pain.

Don't buy this pillow in small!!!!

We have always bought this pillow in the small size and have loved it, so I just ordered two more. When they came, they were very, very small and uncomfortable. These were not at all like what we have gotten in the past. Cannot sleep on them, so they were a total waste of money since you cannot return them.

Quality pillow, but too firm for me

This is a high-quality pillow and if you want a very firm feel, I would recommend it for you... but only if you want firm. I really hoped this would be the life-changing pillow a lot of reviewers described. Unfortunately I did not have that experience. Again, the pillow is very high quality and exactly as described. The material is firm and the fabric covering is soft. It seems like it will be durable. My husband is using it now and likes it well enough. But as someone who struggles with neck pain and waking up with a stiff neck, I read many reviews from others with similar issues who felt this pillow helped them. Sadly, it did not help me, and was firm enough that I had a stiff neck more often and struggled to get in a comfortable position. I did try it for about 4 months and tried using heat & pressure to ease the firmness as recommended by others online. In the end, not a good fit for me; but I can't fault the company or the pillow itself. It just didn't suit my needs.

Neck pain

This pillow is not at all like the one I purchased years ago. The material is rigid and inflexible. I stuck with it for a few weeks, but now have developed serious neck pain. I tried washing to soften, but it turned into a rock. I could have folded up cardboard boxes and had a more comfortable pillow.

I have a titanium plate in my neck and can't sleep on regular pillows. This pillow has helped me tremendously.

Would give 5 stars if you still made a King size pillow

I love your pillows and cannot understand WHY you stopped making a king size version. I need to replace mine b/c I've had it for a number of years. The regular size is simply too small on a king size bed. I may have to find another brand.
