Product performs as advertised. But there are 2 major cons... First, price is ridiculous given that just as effective competitors cost 1/3 as much. Second, very annoying that it's only available in twin size. Messes up the aesthetic of our king size bed when made. Really should be made available in twin, queen and king.

I am very disappointed with this product. I tried a Tempur-Pedic neck pillow that my cousin had when I slept over at her home one day and found it really comfortable. I thought I'd order my own to address my chronic neck pain. However the one I received is not comfortable at all. It is much more firm than the one I experienced at my cousin's. It is disappointing and frustrating that I am unable to return it even though I barely used it and it does not work at all for me. I think Temper-Pedic should stand behind its products and offer refunds or exchanges under these types of circumstances.

Not the same pillow

Just received two TEMPUR-neck pillows that are not the same quality nor firmness of previously purchased identical pillows. Will discontinue buying from this company. Very disappointing because my previous neck pillow lasted two years.

My wife and I both got a pillow and found them really uncomfortable and unpleasant, wouldn't fit inside pillow cases. Both ours are sitting in the closet unused.

I got the medium thinking it would be a Queen size pillow but these are a bit smaller. I got two and one pillow is still in it's wrapped. Was going to upgrade to a larger size but saw there is no option for refunds.
