I was always shifting, flattening or fluffing them up. When the TEMPUR-Neck pillow showed up I was very skeptical. A friend of mine raved about her TEMPUR pillow, but what I saw seemed way too flat and firm. The first night I used it I laid my head on the pillow and thought, this is too hard. But as I laid there the pillow softened and my neck and head relaxed and I fell asleep quickly. I woke the next morning feeling great. The pillow has helped me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. My husband also bought one and it has greatly reduced his snoring!!

But for side sleepers like my spouse, the medium size is too small & not to his liking. Luckily we got the BOGO deal so we have 1 unused pillow.
