Noticed while on vacation that they went away, so figured they might be related to my pillow and/or mattress. Tried a tempur-neck pillow and it worked to relieve the pain. I wake up feeling refreshed rather than sore in my neck.

Did not work for my family and I

I bought this pillow with high hopes. I read the reviews and had hoped it would be the "it" pillow. I developed neck pain after two days. I read on Tempur pedic website that it may need a couple of weeks to break in and I struggled to use it consistently for 8 weeks. I had to stop using it due to persistent neck pain. Same experience with my family members (we bought 4). Now we have 4 expensive pillows that are unusable and unreturnable. I wish we could send it in and exchange for something else but they do not accept returns. May work for some people, definitely did not work for a single member of my family.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pillow is hard

My husband and I both have Tempur-Pedic pillows that we have loved for many years. After many years the pillows became too soft and it was time to buy new ones. Last year I ordered each of us pillows. However, neither of us have been able to use them. They're incredibly hard and do not form to our neck and head like the old ones used to. I keep hoping over time that they will become softer but they do not. I tried mine again last night and then immediately noticed my hands went numb, so I had to put it away. I'm so disappointed because we loved our old pillows as they were very supportive cervically as well as comfortable. Maybe they changed their foam?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a pair of Tempur-Neck pillows assuming they would be of similar dimensions as the much-used, well-loved old Tempurpedic neck pillows I was replacing. Nope, not even close. The new Tempur-Neck pillows not only seem to be made of a less dense Tempur foam, they are 10" SHORTER in length. They are so short that I cannot roll-over from one side to the other without my head FALLING OFF the pillow! I have to struggle to reposition myself and/or the pillow to change position which disrupts my sleep. Completely UNACCEPTABLE! There does not appear to be a longer size pillow-the large, medium and small sizes are all the same length. They differ in height only. So odd that Tempurpedic has so many choices in mattress sizes and materials but only makes small (short) neck pillows. I really need the neck support due to my spine/neck issues so the other pillow types (also rather short) do not meet my needs either. The worst part is I am STUCK with these Tempur-Pads as they are non-returnable even if never used. Cannot believe Tempurpedic SHRANK their pillows to SWELL their profits. Another quality brand turned BLAND.
