I no longer wake up with a stiff neck and shoulders because the foam (or the materials Used) form to your neck and actually, an added bonus is that your hair doesn't get messed up at all during the night

I have tried so many pillows over so many years, with the hope I would find one that is actually comfortable. Nothing helped until this TEMPUR-Neck pillow! It's shape is perfect for me, and I've been sleeping comfortable through the night and wake with no pain in my neck.

The pillow is hard as stone and tinny, you wouldn't be able to roll over at night without falling off. I don't recommend this pillow at all. It's garbage and a waste of your money.

We've had a tempurpedic neck pillow forever and love it, but it was starting to deteriorate. After careful measurement we ordered two mediums. I don't even have words to describe how awful this new pillow is. It does NOT conform to your head/neck. Rather it's like sleeping on a rock. I'm beyond disappointed, having chosen to get the "real" deal rather than a knock-off for the quality. The company should offer other options than just "extra firm." Who would know that extra firm means rock solid! Waste of lots of money since you can't return them. Clearly, these are different than their old ones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both bought the medium size based on the measurement chart. He thinks his is perfect, but I could have probably gone to the large- when sleeping on my side I sometimes feel like I need a little more support. The first couple nights my husband was raving about how much better his neck felt, but I had a hard time sleeping on my pillow, it just felt way too hard and I kept switching back to my old pillow. After a week or two of hearing how much better my husband's neck felt, I decided to give my tempur pedic pillow a try again. The first couple nights were rough, it still felt too hard, but after that I have slept great! I am definitely sleeping better at night and waking up with less back and neck pain. All this to say- give it a week or so if it feels too hard, eventually it will soften and give you amazing sleep.
