[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is so much firmer and the new cover is not comfortable at all. I called to complain and they said to keep using it and it would soften over time. It's been a couple of months and I can't use it anymore. First unsatisfactory produce I've had from Tempurpedic and I bought 2 for 1. Will be donating both of them.

I want to love this pillow so badly, but it's rock hard!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I love the shape of this pillow, it's amazing and exactly the shape I am looking for. However, this pillow is rock hard. Both both my husband and myself we had to stop using it. It was so firm that our EARS hurt when we slept on our sides. It's crazy. When we ordered these pillows there was only one firmness to chose from, and we assumed it would be ok, because we had one of these pillows before, but now they are just sitting in our store room. Sad. Total waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Tempurpedic pillows for years and ordered two new ones on Black Friday. They are very hard compared to what they used to be like. I don't really like my new pillows to be honest. And, the large is too tall, even for my 6'2" hubby. I asked if I could return it (still wrapped in the sealed package) and they said no. So, not very happy overall and can't say I recommend them.

Hard as a rock! Not the same as the previous version

These neck pillows are not the same as the older ones! These are SIGNIFICANTLY FIRMER than before. The shape has also changed. The neck portion is higher and longer compared to the previous "medium" sized pillows. This is so disappointing! The older model was perfect. Now I'm stuck with 2 brick pillows that I can't use or return them!
