[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the pillows for my husband's long lasting neck pain, and after our first try of our new Tempur-pedic pillows, we were so surprised to see that his neck pain was getting slightly better. So far we have been using the pillows for a few months, and we no longer use any other pillows at home since the neck pain does not bother him so often. But I wish the pillow could be larger than what we have right now, with the same height but bigger width and length.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These kinds of pillows are deeply personal, so what works for one person does not necessary work for someone else. The positive is that they are available in the size I wanted. Unfortunately, I found this pillow to be too firm for me, and Tempur only take returns for mattresses. Perhaps the firmness works better for people heavier than me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on the same pillow since 2001 when I got in a bad accident that left me having neck spasms and pain for years. I was 22. I literally have slept on the same pillow since then because it was the only pillow that prevent neck pain and I could sleep through the night. So, after 20 years I decided maybe I needed to buy a new one. I can say the one I had never lost it's shape but I thought maybe it had become dirty after all these years♀️ When the new one arrived I literally couldn't tell them apart. I'm glad the product has not changed and I am truly amazed by the quality. This will be the pillow i sleep with for life! Thanks Tempur-pedic

Wouldn't recommend this considering the lack of comfort and firmness. I've never liked fluffy pillows and prefer structure, but this wasn't something I could even sleep on. Recommend trying in store considering this isn't an item they accept returns or exchanges for.

It still was great), this was my choice. I was surprised at how solid and stiff it is - way different from my old one. Ok, yes, it could just be because it's new, we'll see. I still say Tempurpedic is the best.

My husband has been using the same pillow for years but decided to replace it with a new one. We were expecting the new one to be as comfy as the old one. This one is so firm and stiff that it is unusable. Since it can't be returned it is stuck on a shelf in the closet. This was a waste of a lot of money!
