[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helped with some of my neck issues. It works well for me to sleep on my back or side. I believe part of the reason it helped my neck is that it is super awkward to try to sleep on your stomach with this pillow, so it sort of forces you into more ergonomic positions and sleep habits. The pillow is really firm, until the foam warms up it is so firm it might bother your ears to sleep on your side. My only other slight complaint is the pillow is rather narrow width wise. If you are a person that "roams" all over your pillow and bed at night this is not a pillow for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using an extra cushion for support of my arms and shoulders before I purchased this pillow. Once I got this I found I no longer needed to use the extra support. It feels good because my shoulders feel like they're well supported with the size and firmness of the pillow.

I have been a long time tempur-pedic customer and owned the original mattress and pillows and LOVED their pillows. The new ones are not the cloud that we used to sleep on. They are so hard that it feels like putting your neck on a rock rather than the original embrace. Those pillows are horrible and are unusable for us and of course not returnable despite never having used them.... VERY DISAPOINTING!
