[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my wife and I to help with neck pain. We figured they would pair well with our Tempur-Pedic mattress. I used the measuring table provided on the product page to choose the proper size for us. After a month, we both found that we were feeling more pain and discomfort than before. Either the sizing is not accurate or the product is not all they make it out to be. This wouldn't be so bad as Tempur-Pedic has a great return policy, right? Well not for pillows. So it doesn't matter what issues you have or that the pillows don't do as they say, Tempur-Pedic doesn't care so much about how well you sleep, just that you buy their next product.

It's hard as a rock and takes getting used to. I have to sleep in a certain position to even have a little bit of comfort. Disappointed in it overall and would never spend $100 on it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product hoping it would prevent neck pain but it ended up causing more. When I stopped using this pillow my neck pain got better. It's also extremely uncomfortable and hard to fall asleep with. My boyfriend hates it too. I stopped using this pillow after a month. I tried to get a refund but tempur pedic does not offer refunds on pillows. I would not recommend buying this pillow because if you hate it you're stuck with it. I'd recommend trying a company with a better return policy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the tempur-Pedic neck pillow before living in Hawaii. I had it for over 3 years and loved it. I wouldn't get up with any stiffness or discomfort. I evenually also bought a full size tempur-pedic mattress which I love loved it there was no more back pain and every morning was a joy. And coming home from a stressful job and just being able to lie on my bed just melted away all the days havoc. Now living in Vegas and wasn't able to ship my mattress and I miss it everyday. During the summer in Hawaii it gets very hot and humid and the mattress had a cooling touch to it.

My husband thinks this pillow is the best one on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am writing on behalf of my husband. I bequeathed my Tempur-pedic neck pillow to him 15 years ago, and he used it every night...until it needed replacing due to age and the fact that the pillow case that wraps around the the pillow was threadbare. I had feared he new one would not be as good because companies tend to change things very often, but I was pleasantly surprised that this neck pillow is just as good as the old one. I guess Tempur-pedic had it right from the start and didn't need to improve om something that was already perfect! The neck is in perfect alignment when he lays on his back or on his side!
