[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had neck pain and facial pain due to TMJ issues for years. A massage therapist recommended this pillow to me. I didn't think buying a new pillow would solve all my problems, but I was desperate enough to try it out. The first few night and mornings sleeping on it were rough. But things imperceptibly improved until one day I woke up and went about my day and realized my neck pain was gone! It was amazing! Buying a new pillow didn't solve all my problems, but it did help in a very significant way! Another thing that's impressed me about this pillow is the way it doesn't bother my jaw when I sleep on my side. It might be the softness or the shape, but my facial pain in the mornings has greatly improved. Worth every penny. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a pillow that I considered HARD, but this one is like sleeping on a $100 contoured slab of concrete. In fact, even the dog won't use it, and she will sleep on just about anything! The shape is nice. It shipped in a timely manner, but I don't recommend this product.

I must add that I had an issue with one of the pillows sent and the Tempurpedic rep was great to work with.
