This would have been my third one - I'd purchased it for a second home I was furnishing. . However, the newer version is much firmer than the older versions I have and was unusable. I was very disappointed and am not able to use the pillow, nor return it.

It actually made my neck ache, and was too firm for a side sleep as it felt like it was crushing my ears. Also very upset I couldn't exchange the pillow as they have a no return policy on the pillows. Pretty disappointed.

I needed a hard pillow but this pillow did not fit the shape of my neck, and only made things worse. Plus one cannot receive a refund, which is not advertised clearly on the website. I was extremely disappointed, and absolute do NOT recommend this product!!
