[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I frequently experience neck and shoulder pain/tightness in the mornings if I didn't sleep a precise way, used new pillows, etc. I balked at the initial price of the tempurpedic pillow, but when I stumbled across a sale I gave it a try. It's not always as emotionally satisfying as falling into a large, fluffy pillow, and it doesn't allow you to sleep as many ways. However, it has helped immensely with the neck and shoulder pain. In my opinion after using it for over a month is worth the price and the somewhat less warm and fuzzy feeling of a large fluffy pillow.

This pillow is truly hard as a rock! I bought online for a great price but will replace as soon as I can get out to shop again after hip replacement.

Had such high hopes for this pillow but it is so dense there is no give and feels extremely hard. On my 4th night and hoping it will soften up over time. I wake up with extra neck ache than usual. Such a shame tempurpedic does not offer free trials or the ability to return items like most companies.

It has the perfect form that supports my neck and shoulders properly (I'm a side sleeper) and the material is well made so it holds its shape after many months. I would like the material to be just a tad softer. But overall, I don't have any complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in a car accident that changed my life. I cried daily with neck pain and headaches until I was given a Tempur-Pedic neck pillow. It made a profound difference in my ability to sleep and wake without the pain. I used that pillow for two years and absolutely loved it! It wore out so I ordered a replacement in March. I've been sleeping on the new pillow for 10-12 weeks now. I canNOT get use to it! It looks like my old pillow, it is 6" shorter in length, (which makes no difference) but the material is different. I'm back to waking up with headaches and neck pain. I believe the difference in material makes this pillow not as soft and yielding, making it too firm, which is creating the problem. I loved my old Tempur-Pedic pillow - newer isn't always better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a back and side sleeper with a neck that's been bothering me for years (C5/C6 herniated disk about 5 years ago). My shredded foam pillow had been working pretty well up until the time I started feeling daily neck aches in the morning. I tried adjusting the fill softer and firmer but it never seemed quite right. I decided maybe my neck just needed more structured, firm support than I realized and bought this pillow. Fortunately, it was just what I needed! Between this pillow and my new ergonomic desk chair, I swear my life has changed dramatically with hardly any headaches. If you are searching it is worth a try. It will be firmer support than most pillows but sometimes that helps. I don't have any issues sleeping on it due to the firmness but it did take 1-2 weeks to really get used to it so hang in there my fellow humans with neck pain.
