[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a Tempur-Neck Pillow since the 90's due to cervical spine issues. When evaluating cervical pillows for the first time, I was told that it would likely take time to adjust to sleeping on that pillow. But the first time I slept on the first pillow I bought, I slept better than I had in years and woke up the next morning without neck pain for the first time in years!

It was way to hard, too short and nothing like my other perfect tempur prefix neck pillow that I had for over 15 years. I was trying to replace that pillow but the new ones are awful not even the same type of material definitely not with the money. I have been trying to pawn the pillow off onto others but no one that has stayed at my house finds it comfortable

I went to a store to see if I could exchange it and was told no. Now I am stuck with a pillow that I cannot use.

However, this pillow has changed and now it is way too hard, like a rock, even in a warm room, I bought two of them and now neither of them are usable because they are so hard, and they are not returnable. Total waste of money! Very different from all the other ones I have purchased and loved.

After sleeping on this pillow I've experienced a ton of relief from the nerve pain. It did what I was hoping it would do. Best pillow for neck support by far. Worth the money. My only complaint would be that it is a little tall when I sleep on my back but it's perfect when I'm on my side which I am majority of the time.
