This pillow is too firm. Used it a couple times and it's too hard to try to get used to.

Multiple sizes offer perfect contour fit, but it's too firm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The options for this neck pillow allow you to dial in the right size. I found that other brands were way too high for a neck contour pillow, but following the size chart worked great-- I would say perfect fit. However, unless you like a really really firm pillow; this isn't for you. A medium or medium-soft option alongside the size option would be great here. I went with using the tempur-cloud adjustable as my "nightly driver" pillow.
