Great for a few nights but then uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first few nights of using my tempur-neck pillow was great, but then it became uncomfortable and even caused headaches. The pillow angles down at the back and I believe that was the issue. I was really hoping this was the perfect pillow I'd been looking for to ease my neck pain, but unfortunately after a few nights I realized it wasn't.

I need an *extremely* firm pillow (think does not move at all under the weight of the head and neck) shaped like this and this is not suited to my needs. However it seems like it's well made and would be good for someone who likes a squishier pillow.
