[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on quest to find a good, comfortable pillow that has a medium firmness and provides excellent neck support. I had ordered this pillow online so I didn't have an opportunity to try it beforehand or I never would have bought it. The quality of the pillow itself is excellent, however I found the sizing of the pillow itself to be way too small (I'm only 5 foot 2 inches). The pillow is designed to have a large contour hump and a smaller contour hump on the opposite end. When laying on my back using the smaller contour, my head lays on top of the larger hump on the other side of the pillow and it is extremely uncomfortable. This is because the pillow is so small it doesn't allow room for my head to lay in the middle of the pillow as it should. This might be a great pillow for a younger child but the size of it is just too small to accomodate both a big contour and a smaller contour. When I compared this pillow to my other standard sized pillows, this was 3/4 of the size both in length and width. With that said, the larger contour is very supportive and comfortable however for the price I paid, I want a pillow that allows more versatility. Expand the width and length by another 4-5 inches and you may have an almost perfect pillow.

It is much lighter and less compact and doesn't have that soft bounce that I was used to. It is very uncomfortable and gave me stiff neck the first night I used it! I'm very disappointed Tempur Pedic. I didn't mind paying over $100 back in the days, but now I feel like I just wasted my money. Bring back the original TP pillow!

I bought this pillow over 15 years ago, it was so supportive and comfortable at the same time. Love it so much! Last 6 months ago, I bought 2 neck pillows in medium and large size for my husband. It was not the same quality and material. The new pillows made in USA, the old pillows made in China. However, The new pillows are hard like a rock. We were very disappointed! We will not buy them again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately this product did not work for me. I have used these pillows in the past and loved them, but they are no longer using 100% memory foam. The new pillows have a harder core that caused me neck pain. I thought I could return the pillow, but they do not refund pillows and I bought a 2 for one deal :(
