Recently, because I was chastised by my friend for having it so long and hadn't upgraded to a newer one. I knew it was hypoallergenic and wasn't worried at all. To appease her concern for me, I upgraded to your new neck pillow and have loved the experience! Since the new one had a different design,I was a bit sceptical, but was rewarded with the best pillow and sleep I've ever experienced. Thank you!

I am using the larger end for my neck support.Slowly breaking it in to become a little more form fitting for my neck My husband found it too firm. Once I soften mine , I will pass it on to him Then I will have the second pillow for myself

This pillow is perfect for filling the space between my head and my mattress and supporting my head and neck and keeping it in good alignment, especially on my sides. When I am flat on my back the roll may be a touch larger than i need, but I think as the pillow ages and softens it will be near perfect as well. Very happy with this pillow.

The size is too small for big man, return policy can improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a medium size at first, but realized that this is too small for my husband. He is skinny, but tall (6'2 and 180 lbs). It's not easy to fit you if you are a side sleeper. Then we bought two large sizes, but it turns out the size is the same (only slightly thicker). But we can't return the pillows. Now we have two extra pillows at home... This is not a cheap product, wish the return policy could be more friendly.
