Honestly this pillow really does help, since I got it I sleep great now I wake up with no neck pain at all and honesty feel rather refreshed my neck does pop when I turn it in the morning but it really is all good motion moving cracks and is kinda relaxing compared to what I was waking up to before the pillow arrived, the only thing I dislike is the tag placement. I switch from utilizing both sides of the pillow but the consumer tag is on the small side kinda annoying when trying to sleep all in all it has improved my sleep experience tremendously . Ps I thought I ordered the big large one when it arrived I compared it to my sister's pillow and hers was twice the size of mine . but it still is a great pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had neck and upper back fusion in 2017. This is the only pillow I can use. It is amazing. It keeps my head at a neutral angle. I have traveled without it and that was a huge mistake! Without it I would wake with a horrible headache, sore neck and shoulders and no sleep. I now always bring one along. i am a side sleeper and very occasionally back sleeper and it feels so comfortable either way. I just love it! I am on my third one and ready to buy the fourth. I would like to see a travel one that is not as wide to save space. Thank You!

They are the best neck pillows, and helps my neck a lot. They will last close to five years. Your neck will let you know when you need a new one. I date when I purchased the pillow on the tag itself. There is nothing that I don't like about it. Thank you for making the best neck pillow.

Didn't help my neck pain

I wanted and tried to like this pillow but it seemed like the bump that goes under your neck was way too large. I kept trying day after day to see if it would help my neck pain and it just made it worse. Unfortunately, I could not return it but if I could have I would have. Just not comfortable at all for me.
