The odd shape of the pilow I wasn't to sure about in the beginning, but after trying it I slept very well, I used to have a sore neck in the morning, thats all gone now thanks to the pillow , I love it and I truly recommend others try it, the best goodnight sleep ever.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

IF I CAN GIVE IT 0 STARS, I WOULD! We got the bundle for the neck pillow because we thought it was great and we were so excited to try it. It specifically says it's will support your head and neck when you sleep on your back or side. IT WILL NOT. We gave it 2 months to get use to it. But up until now we woke up with massive neck pain, stiff neck and head ache using these pillows. So not worth it! Cannot even return it! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Husband loves this

With a bad back and bad shoulder my husband loves this pillow. It took a week or so to get used to. It is a strange shape that he wasn't used to but now he can't sleep without it.

I understand the product might seem a bit pricy but if you need support for your neck and proper alignment while resting your head on a comfortable pillow, this is for you

Firm pillow

This is a very firm pillow. I believe it is perfect for providing neck support. Especially if you can easily get neck tension headaches. However, you must also prefer a firm pillow.

I was replacing the same pillow that I have had for about 3 years. Loved it. This was most definitely nowhere near the same product or material. I will not be purchasing from tempurpedic again.

Feels like a rock

I bought this to replace one I purchased a number of years ago. I loved that one but felt it was losing its density. They must make them differently now because when I lay on my side, my ear and side of my face feel like they are against a rock. I kept using it because I do like the neck support when I'm laying on my back and was hoping it would "break in". It's been a month and it's a little better, though still uncomfortable.
