I'd return the neck roll pillow but tempur products are not returnable. I have an old Tempur mattress still in use. A new one is priceless, truly that expensive, so I haven't replaced it yet. I would get another mattress when financially feasible.

My first purchase of this product was at a Mall in Freehold, NJ years ago. I was very pleased with it. My most recent purchase of this product was online, and it doesn't seem to live up to the standard set by the first one. It doesn't seem as firm, but I would still recommend it.

I got this pillow for my partner who had been having neck pain, that after process of elimination and correction of other factors, we attributed to our sleep environment. She has sung this pillows praises many times over and has had a great improvement in neck pain/discomfort! It is comfortable, with good support and firmness. She is a side and back sleeper and this pillow has been comfortable for her to sleep on in both positions. Well worth the money spent for the quality! Side note: I have tried the pillow as well and though I have found also found it very comfortable, as primarily a stomach sleeper, it is not ideal for that position.

Since I started using the Tempur-Neck Pillow, I am extremely pleased with the amazing sleep I am able to get with it gently bracing my neck! I am now on my 2nd Tempur-Neck Pillow and have even bought one twice for my daughter. We now each own the Travel Tempur-Neck Pillow!
