Just awful and NO returns!

Like sleeping on a rock is what best describes my experience. I didn't know that memory foam could be this hard. Isn't it suppose to mould to your body contours? I really wanted to love it, and have used it every single night for 2 weeks. I've slept poorly, woken up frequently, sore, and tired in the morning. And to add insult to injury they do not take returns. Disgraceful. Complete waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this pillow for two days. The reason why I bought this pillow was to get extra support for my neck. After two days my neck got really tight and painful. I was unable to look up or down without feeling a lot of pain. I then went and bought another pillow that I could try out before buying it. Over all it took 2 weeks until my neck started to feel better. Overall this is the worst pillow you can buy. Because tempurpedic does not let you return pillows I will never buy a temperpedic product again. What also does not make any sense about their return policy is that you can try a mattress and return it if you are not satisfied, but a pillow they treat it like you are trying to return used underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 10 years ago I had been suffering with a sore neck for years and could not find any relief. I met my new boyfriend and he had a tempur-neck pillow and gave it to me to try. Omg, it was almost instant relief. Within a few days the pain was gone, it was almost magical. So I kept the pillow. And the boyfriend. Fast forward to now. A few weeks ago my neck started to hurt again and for some reason I did not connect it to my now old tempur-neck pillow right away. But I finally had a lightbulb moment and took a closer look at my almost 12 year old pillow (my boyfriend had had the pillow for about 2 years already when I took it away from him) and saw that it was basically flat now. So I ordered a new one and again, like magic, my sore neck is gone. I'm also a side sleeper. I do however wish they would sell extra cover protectors for it.
