[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this pillow online at the recommendation of a friend. She had gotten hers many years ago and loved it. The one I got, however, was terrible. It is very hard and made my neck ache. I used it for three nights hoping it just needed to be broken in. My neck got steadily worse. The part that's supposed to support your neck was so large and unyielding that my head was tilted at a strange angle. I tried turning it upside down and that worked marginally better but was still uncomfortable. I then handed it off to my husband to try. He lasted one night with it and it hurt his neck as well. It's now collecting dust on our floor because we can't return it and it was expensive enough that I don't want to just throw it away. Do not get it unless you can try it in person! It seems like they've changed it since my friend got hers.

However, ever since using the Temper-Neck Pillow I have not woken up with any neck pain. The pillow is very supportive for both side and back sleeping. Would recommend to anyone with constant or even occasional neck stiffness after sleeping.

Fantastic products but this pillow is terrible to sleep on. Bought it for my girlfriend, she tried it one night and even after she said how bad it was I tried it for a night. Needless to say I didn't make it through the night. Very hard and uncomfortable. Sorry but I can't remember this pillow
