[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can have severe neck pain, but with this pillow I lay down and within 20 minutes it is gone because of its unique shape holding my neck up. It's like magic. I think it could be just a little bit softer and have a more comfortable feel for the whole night. Also, it didn't come with a pillow case and it is not intuitive to me which pillow case fits this exactly. I have tried three different pillowcases and would like to have a tight fit on the pillow, but can't figure out how to get it.

This pillow is out the size of a travel pillow. Doesn't even fit a standard size pillow case. I took measurements to determine small, medium, or large per Tempur-Pedic's range. This was a joke. I will never spend another dime on this brand again. Very poor quality compared to their pillows of years past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my husband got his side sleeper pillow I thought, this pillow is to hard and odd shaped to get a good nights sleep. But he insisted that I give it a try one night. I slept amazingly well and no sore neck the next morning. I didn't want to give it back, but I he made me. Now I have my own and love it. Make sure it is TempurPedic brand. I accidentally ordered another brand and it smelled awful.

Once you get it into a spot where it feels like it's supporting your neck well, it doesn't budge or deflate over the night. Lovely for preventing migraines for me!
