Hot neck, too firm

I am a back-sleeper when I go to sleep and a side-sleeper during the night. I tried it for about a week and kept waking up because my neck was hot and just felt like it was not "pillowy-soft." Too firm for me, I guess. I kind of liked it at first, but then started to wake up during the night and grab my old pillow, which also is not great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We ordered a medium and a small and both are so uncomfortable even after 30 days, and they're way too small for a standard pillow case. The worst part is they don't accept returns on the pillows so you just have to take the gamble. We thought it was a safe bet given how amazing their mattresses are, but sadly we lost that bet. Mattresses are a win but stay away from the pillows.

This was their original style pillow, which is firm and yet very comfortable for those of us with major neck issues. I just recently tried this pillow in small which is even more perfect for my small build. I now have one for travel and one for home!
