Tempurpedic does NOT allow Returns on their costly Pillows!

I purchased the TEMPUR-Neck™ Pillow, Size: Medium to hopefully help, as it advertises, my neck issues. The pillow is very hard and unfortunately did not seem to feel like it fit my neck. I followed the sizing guides but it was terrible to sleep on, i felt the curve was too large for me. I had the pillow covered to protect it and used it for a solid week, even took it on travel to make sure it wasnt a get used to type of thing! Only 1.5 weeks later now i called to return the pillow. You CANT! 90 days return is only on mattresses! Dont buy this unless you are ok with being stuck with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came across this pillow by sheer luck while on a trip. I had the most comfortable sleep and no neck pain that I had to see who made the pillow. After my trip was done I ordered a set of pillows as soon as I got home. The pillow continues to be a blessing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow says it's for side sleepers but I don't think that's the case. It's comfortable if you sleep on your back but that's not why I bought it. It actually hurt my neck the following morning the week I used it.

This pillow is too high for my neck. It is very uncomfortable to sleep with it. Since this pillow is non-returnable or cannot be exchanged to size down, I am giving a 1-star review.

The oldest model of this pillow was a lot higher quality memory foam and a lot more comfortable. Very upset they changed the foam formula.
