[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper and had been having neck pain every morning. I was desperate for a solution and the neck pillow was it for me! The contour supports my neck while I sleep and makes more space for my shoulder. It's very firm and doesn't smoosh down during the night. I mostly sleep on my side, but the pillow is also very comfortable for sleeping on my back. Don't get this pillow if you're a stomach sleeper. Definitely take the time to measure yourself so you get the correct size- I am 5'9" and needed a large based on the measurements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used another pillow like this by another brand that is softer than the tempur-pedic. It was so firm that memory foam never gave way. It didn't mold to your head or neck.
