[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Tempur-Neck Pillow I purchased in 2013, worked great for years. Recently purchased this new pillow to replace the old one. I used it for a couple of weeks, found it to be very hard and it hurt my neck. Not happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I measured the distance between my neck and shoulder and they recommended the medium, and it is definitely not the right size. It's also extremely rigid and almost felt at first like I was sleeping on a rock.

Company does not stand by their pillow products or sizing charts. I purchased 2 and they will not even exchange the second one that remains completely unopened in the original shipping box. Very disappointed with the product and the company.
