Caused more headaches and neck pains

I bought this pillow based on all the amazing reviews but it's cause more headaches and neck pain than before. I tried to keep using it because I paid so much, but I wake up with throbbing pain every day I use it and another pillow removes the pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Secondly my neck pain has been worse since using this pillow. Hopefully tempurpedic reached out and can make it right.
