[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow seems to be a great choice for me but the pillow is really hard and uncomfortable at first. It's hard to get used to but once it softens, I'm sure it is going to be my favorite since the first night's sleep was good.

Quality has changed since a few years ago

My boyfriend bought this pillow around 5 years ago. I tried his and LOVED it! I have chronic neck pain/tension, and it was the only pillow I've tried that I've been happy with and offered enough support. I bought one of my own last year. However, the one I bought feels COMPLETELY different than the one my boyfriend has, despite us both buying the same one directly from Tempurpedic. The one I have is extremely hard and uncomfortable. We even tried methods to "soften" it but nothing helped. To this day, I haven't even used the one I bought even once. Very disappointing as I spent so much money investing in this product; but it appears they have changed their product/formulation for this pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made a mistake in buying these pillows, and they're not returnable. Unfortunately, after taking measurements, I bought both the small and the medium. (I am currently sleeping on my back because of a pinched nerve in my neck, but I have always preferred sleeping on my side.) I bought a Tempur-Pedic pillow twenty years ago; it was amazing. I took it everywhere. After a decade it just got too old and misshapen, and I didn't get around to replacing it until now. I don't know if it got redesigned or what, but this is a totally different pillow--much firmer and with the wrong contour. Even the small one digs into my neck in a very unpleasant way. Obviously I should have tried these pillows out at a Tempur-Pedic store before I bought them, but I was sure they would be wonderful because of my experience with what I assumed was the same pillow. No. Very sorry about that.

Unfortunately I did not notice that you could not return a pillow with tempur pedic. This pillow is VERY firm. Unless you like a hard pillow do not buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loved his old Tempurpedic wedge pillow. It was disgusting! Washing the cover only helped so much. I ordered the new one and he didn't like the way it looked. I told him to try it, it's not returnable. He tried it and everything was great! Good thing, I threw out the old one. I do wish there was a pillow protector for his pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy this pillow!! I was so excited to purchase this pillow because I have neck pain. When I received it, it didn't fix my neck pain and actually caused headaches in the middle of the night and when I replaced pillow with a different one, the headache went away. I'm not happy with this pillow, and I wanted to exchange it for a different one but they wouldn't do it. I didn't even want my money back, just wanted another pillow. It was a hard NO!!!
