Great pillow, but maybe smarter to ship in the unmarked box?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love this pillow, and recommend reading up on how best to use it - but the first one I ordered was stolen, and the second box was tampered with; so maybe it would be more advisable to use discrete packaging?

Hard as a rock

I was so excited to get this pillow and I hate it. It's hard as a rock. I might as well sleep on a block of concrete. The medium is also tiny. Wasted my money. Not happy at all. I have other tempurpedic pillows that are much better but I really needed neck support not a rock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very skeptical of this pillow, as it didn't seem like it would allow me to get a good night's sleep because of how firm it was. After only a few days of using it, not only did I start sleeping better, but my neck pain was eliminated! Prior to using this pillow, I was experiencing a lack of movement in my neck and severe neck pain that interfered with both my sleep and with my daily routing. I am amazed at how this has corrected my problem. In the past, I've always purchased inexpensive bed pillows that are fluffy. I took a risk with this purchase, and it paid off!

They are too thick and hurt my neck. I called to return the one I did not open but was told pillows can never be returned because they are considered "too personal".

Buyer Beware!

Previously loyal customers, my wife and I decided to buy new neck pillows, but found that they were way more firm than they used to be. I called to make an exchange, but was completely shot down. We even left one pillow completely unopened until we were sure we were satisfied with the product. I was told by two levels of customer service representatives that they do not accept exchanges or returns for any reason (even for the unopened item). Tempur-Pedic has lost me as a customer for life. *Just for fun, look up their CEO's salary and net worth.

Comfortable and Great for people with a neck pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this pillow and slept on it for a month now. Never had a neck pain as I used to get it with other kinds of pillows. I'd also like to suggest that they should make a longer version to cover about 3/4 width of a twin bed.
