[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempurpedic Breeze Prohi pillow instantly adapts to my head and neck. The material conforms to my contours and provides excellent support. My neck and back pain have improved with this pillow and the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt mattress. After years of pain, I've finally found the right combo for relief.

The best pillow I ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best pillow that I ever had is this Tempur-pedic Prohi pillow queen size. Just the right size design for side sleepers like me. The materials adapt to your shape, craseles your neck and shoulders. When you carry the pillow it is a little bit heavy but it's okay. Good thing alao about this is removavle and washable cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like my new pillow. It conforms really well to my neck and head. Only downside for me is that it is pretty heavy. I move a lot in my sleep and adjust my pillows around as I change positions so that part will take some getting used to. Other than that. It's a really great pillow!

Amazing Pillow

I typically purchase memory foam pillows and always find that after a few uses, it flattens and my head sinks down to the level of the bed. This pillow is perfect. It is just the right height so that my neck feels supported while sleeping. It keeps just the right amount of firmness throughout the night. I was hesitant in regards to the price, but it is worth it. Since I have been using this pillow, I have had excellent nights of sleep. I am very pleased and would like to purchase another.

I got the pro hi pillow thinking it support my head better then the low pro but not. My head literally sinks all the way to the bottom. It feels like a super soft pillow. The blue cool gel pad is cool but it is only on the top side of pillow not all the way around. Luckily I did order 2 tempur cloud cooling pro hi pillows which are way more supportive and are great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow caused horrible neck kinks and cramping. Used half a night. Horrible waste of money. Very poorly designed and made. They will not rectify the situation. They know the pillows are poorly advertised as they are nothing like the description of the item and the company doesnt care. They just want your money. Don't waste your money.

Slept on it for one night and woke up with a very stiff neck. I called the store where we purchased it and asked if we could return it as it is not a pillow we would use again. I was told that we cannot return it. So am looking for some advise from you as what to do.
