This pillow is actually not bad. But given the fact that Tempurpedic charges an astronomical price yet won’t accept returns on pillows means you should look for other alternatives. If Tempurpedic was so sure you’d be happy with these pillows, they would not be sold with no returns or exchanges available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A pretty good pillow!

I like the stuffing because it’s soft and buoyant. My ear appreciates the lack of pressure! The ability to adjust the amount of fill is terrific since I’m a stomach sleeper and can’t have a tall pillow, but don’t want a flat pillow, either. I’m not a huge fan of the cover. I don’t think it offers much cooling effect AND only one side is meant to cool, the other side is thinner and doesn’t offer much comfort.
I would recommend this to a friend!
