I bought this TV and thought I was going to get bored of the gimicks. I was wrong! The startup and turn-off animations are CONSTANT reminders you have something special. Also, the lightsaber arrow/pointer is a cheeky touch. The graphic overlay on the back panel of the TV is never noticed and thus, never appreciated.
The TV as a whole is great! I think this TV is better valued at $2800.

It looks especially impressive because of the perfect black and the new Evo panel with a peak brightness of about 900 nits. Smart is beautiful, the remote is gorgeous. Plus, the TV is simply stuffed with the most popular technology for both movies and video games. Dolby Vision 4K 120Hz, Vr, Al, HDMI 2.1 (4 pieces!), Gsync, Freesync, Hg ig, Game Optimizer, Dolby Atmos. Bluetooth surround is generally an elegant function. Connect additional speakers (or headphones) so that they play wirelessly at the same time as the TV. Gorgeous TV, and in this design, so generally a super solution!
