It has been a great product and especially for the price! It took a second to figure out how to open the door... but that's what happens when one doesn't read the instructions. It has definitely improved the cooking experiences in our because we need things do things quickly!

Just finished setting up the microwave. I thought the preset buttons would be like my old microwave( 1=1 minute) this microwave you press the number than have to press additional numbers to get the amount of cooking time (3+00=3 minutes). If the preset buttons were like my old microwave I would have given a higher rating.
