As a long time user of the Chrome interface migrating to a Chromebook Plus offers a simpler way to access and use all the basic digital tools. When the desktop can not be upgraded due to restrictions inherent in the chip set and the hardwired WiFi failed, moving to a Chrome centric device was an easy choice.

Loving my Asus CX3402 Chromebook+. Spoke w/ an on-site Chromebk Speclst @ BestBuy. Will never go back to a HDD/SDD OS like Windows. This is 100% Google Cloud OS. No more constant OS updates, EOL or license issues and access to your data online or offline anywhere you go. Syncs across all devices and printers connected to Google 1. This is the way to go forward w/ personal laptops.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last. The battery not powering on this Chromebook within 6 months of usage is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a battery is faulty so this may be resolved immediately.
