[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used TenPoint for about 12 years, starting with an original Titan, just upgraded to a Titan Safe De-Cocking 380FPS Crossbow. I have been, fortunate to take a Whitetail deer every year that I have owned a TenPoint crossbow. At 68 years old and have had an impacted shoulder, I can no longer use a standard Compound bow. Ten Point crossbows have allowed me to continue hunting.

Titan 400 experience

My experience with the titan 490 crossbow has been phenomenal. Easy to sight in. Tac driving with the bolts it come with. I have ordered more bolts and I am excited for the up coming hunting season. The silent cocking device works very well also. I am a avid hunter and love products that work with me so that I can enjoy the experience. Titan has fit that bill for me.

My first crossbow. Choose the Titan 400. It was time to make the switch. I love it.
Simply the best, accuracy, speed, ease of use, quite, just the right weight, very comfortable holding, quality is next to none, and the value for what you get, is exceptional.
Will be a long time customer and supporter.

High Performance At A Great Price

TenPoint knocked it out of the park with their newly designed M1 series crossbows.
The Titan M1 is a svelte 32.5 inches in length, only 9 inches wide, has a 14 inch power stroke and a 180lb draw weight. Fully dressed in hunt mode the Titan M1 is a ridiculously light 7.1 pounds, and can be easily hand cocked with the included rope sled.The Titan M1 sports Tenpoint's new T5 trigger which is the very best they've ever produced. Never before has this much performance been offered at the Titan M1's price point.
We tested the Titan M1 with the heavier 445 grain CenterPunch arrows and it shot a highly respectable 347 FPS (7 FPS over it's rated speed ). The legend definitely continues with the newly designed Titan M1. It's destined to remain the workhorse in the TenPoint stable and a favorite of many serious crossbow hunters.

Faulty Product & Nonexistent Customer Service

I bought a brand new Titan M1 with acudraw and while sighting it in the serving string began unraveling. I took it to the closest Tenpoint dealer and they changed it out with a brand new cable direclty from Tenpoint at a cost to me of $50. The same day that I picked the bow up, I went home and shot it approximately 25 times before noticing that the new serving string showed excessive wear. I am now afraid to shoot a bow I paid a premium for because I'm worried the string is going to break in the middle of hunting season. I have reached out to Tenpoint twice via their online submission, here we are 8 days later and I still haven't received a response.
I am still hoping for the best and assuming this is an isolated issue that Tenpoint will make right. However, I am becoming more and more doubtful as each day passes. At this time, I cannot recommend this bow or brand to any perspective buyer.
I have included pictures of both strings for reference.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is NOT a Beginners crossbow. It’s extremely Fast and Accurate. Knowing how to properly setup is extremely important. This is my 2nd Brand new crossbow this year!! My wife also shoots a wicked Ridge.
We are both in our 70’s and needed a Crossbow that we could “Crank” !! Due to arthritis we can’t shoot our conventional bows any longer !!! We both stil love to archery hunt !! The perfect answer was Tenpoint Crossbows. Using a special permit

Great shooting crossbow! Only criticisms are noise and vibration from stirrup and quiver, and smaller size of quiver hood. Quiver will be changed and assuming noise reducers help with the stirrup, then maybe 5 stars.
