Only pull it back till the safety engages, if you pull back further it will fray the bow string. Customer service is phenomenal.

This was the first time that I bought a crossbow and after reading the reviews I decided on the Titan M1.It was more then I thought it would be.The way it handles and the way it shoots is perfect.It was dead on at twenty yards and it was so easy to shoot.Evan when you shoot to get use to its fun.

The Titan M-1 is my second Tenpoint crossbow. My first was a 2011 Tenpoint Titan which is still great shooting crossbow. The Titan M-1 is a great shooting X-bow out of the box. I can’t wait until next deer season
