Needs An Outlet- Solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, the box says USB powered, which means it needs an outlet.
Solution
My daughter wanted LED lights on her high
shelving in her room. There are no outlets 6 feet off the floor near the shelves.
So we have many portable chargers in our house. I came up with the solution.
We ran the lights on her shelves with the adhesive tape backing, keeping the wire close enough to the edge and using black electrical tape to hold the YSB attached wire. Next to the shelf sits 2 hooks to place the charger when plugged in. When she needs to charger the charger she simply unplugs the lights & charges her portable charger.
Her shelves light up nicely, the remote works perfectly. She loves all the cool settings.
And best of all it was easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Monster RGBIC LED were so easy to install and they stick pretty good. I love that they come with a remote and have many light settings. You also can control the speed and the brightness of them. Really cool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are another great addition to my already LED filled basement. They shine bright, good length for my 55 inch tv. I love that they are powered with the tv so they come on automatically! Might need to get some more for my computer monitor! Monster makes great products.

Lots of color variations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very cool strand of lights. It has lots of different color variations to chose from. I wish the adhesive was just a little stronger. It didn't really want to stick to the wall. But overall it is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adds a splash of color to the room that is easy to maneuver and change to however I want it. Installation was as simple as possible, and they seem very sturdy and will likely stay in place for awhile.

Doesn't want to stick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this Monster RBGIC LED strand is definitely cool with the colors and sound activation, it doesn't want to stick to the back of my TV well at all. It's popping off all around it. We'll be watching TV and it'll just fall right on down. Wish it had a better adhesive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really pleased with these lights. The adhesive tape made it so easy to install. I love the sound reaction feature. So many different colors changing with the beat of the music. The remote control is easy to use
