Remote stopped working

I absolutely love the product, but my remote stopped working after a week of having it. I didn’t have my LED lights on that much. I only had them on at night and I didn’t sleep with them on but periodically after five days of having them they would turn off by themselves after just five minutes of being on and now my remote does not work.

LED lights

This is very confusing I tried to connect it with my phone and it was not turning on. I in plugged it and plugged it back in and now it’s only baby blue. The LED light are not even connected to my phone and the instruction’s are no help at all. Please add a remote to these lights it would be very helpful and easy
