Good lighting

Easy and looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light strip is great quality and is pretty easy to use! I recently got a new nightstand for my bedroom and I wanted to hook this light strip to it somehow; thankfully this light strip has a sticky side to it which made the process super quick. I wrapped the strip around the top part of my nightstand; with the 6.5ft length strip it fit perfectly all the way around. The Monster Smart app is super easy to connect with; just make sure you have the right wifi setting and that you first connect it in the same room as your modem/router (once it's connected you can move it to any room you want it in.). I love all the different colors and that you can set a timer.

Fun lights for bedrooms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lights are great for kids rooms. The changing colors are fun and they give off enough light for reading. And I love that it's manageable with Alexa. I'll be purchasing more for added play and reading lights in the bedrooms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Snagged these for my teenaged son's room and he's definitely a fan. Between the wide selection of color choices and effects, to the ability to control them via app or voice - he's beyond impressed. The only issue we ran into was that the adhesive on the strip isn't very strong - so we did have to invest in something a little stronger to get the strip to adhere to the backside of his TV

Easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to try the LED strip lights for quite some time, but have been avoiding it due to the complexity of setting it up. These lights are so easy to set up and can be controlled through an app on your smartphone! No need for an extra controller to keep up with! I adhered mine to the back of my TV for the ambiance.

Add lighting without an electrician!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had just finished up a new garage setup with a workbench and floating cabinets above that blocked out the light on the ceiling and I was in need of some workstation lighting. I was able to install these within seconds and they instantly gave me incredible bright lights at my new table.
The ability to lower the power and intensity of the lights when I just need something small is a really nice feature. Best of all, I don’t need to get out of my chair to make the adjustments. I don’t think I will end up add any automation any time soon, but it’s really nice knowing I have the option when I’m ready.

Adds nice effects but sensitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We added Monster Smart App & Voice Controlled Multi-Color USB LED Light Strip to our fire place mantle. It’s really a small strip that reminds me of a small computer circuit but more fragile. You have to be careful not to pull on it or tangle it as it can tear. The wiring at the edge is only protected by a flexible tape like material that I feel could be plastic. The USB connector is attached directly onto the loose wiring. This seemed secure but the exposed wiring between the light strip edge and wiring seems susceptible to breaking. The wiring at the USB is long to connect into a wall or tv USB as well.
The light switches on and off with the app and it’s fairly easy to move. There are some brackets to screw the strip and adhesive on the light strip to help secure them. I was not a fan using screws on my fire place so we just laid them on the fire place mantle with some adhesive. The lights are great for setting the mood and give a good backdrop. The app was a little slow At first but then started to function well. These lights are great to set a good, relaxing mood. I wish there was a way to connect multiple lights together but this one converts some great ground.Overall I like this product with some reserve it may ha r issu
