Great LED Lights

I used them on top of our kitchen cabinets to add some fun lighting to the space, especially during a party! They were easy to install and I love that I can control them from an app -- remember they are on top of the cabinets. I would need a ladder to turn them on/off otherwise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Smart App USB Led light strip looks awesome on my patio. It was very easy to install with just the peel away adhesive. The Voice app was really cool once I figured it out. I would buy again and recommend to my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These lights will definitely give you the WOW factor you are looking for!! The colors are bright and vivid when they are lit. So super easy to install. I used them behind my TV and behind a picture on the wall. It definitely gives them a pop & adds to the dramatic look in my home. Voice command & app is so easy to follow & makes turning them on & off a breeze!! In addition, they do not get hot which is a huge plus. Absolutely love these lights!!

It totally transformed the ambiance of my room the lights make me feel comforted and relaxed. So cool that its smart and voice app controlled! You could put them anywhere!

My connector is loose and I had to use tape to fix

The Monster Smart Illuminessence 6.5 Ft Multicolor Led Light Strip is okay. I had a lot of issues getting this light strip to work. The instructions are very straightforward and easy to understand. You download the app, make sure your phone is connected to 2.4ghz WIFI connection, and then you plug in your device and pair it. This went fine for me until I plugged it in and nothing happened. It’s either supposed to blink rapidly or blink slowly. Mine wasn’t coming on at all. I tried multiple plugs, still nothing. Eventually with it plugged in I started pinching at the connections on the wires. I finally found that the connection was loose and if I pinched or bent it a certain way the light would come on. I held it while trying to pair. I could not get it to pair in EZ Mode, I had to reset multiple times. I finally got it to slow blink and choose AP Mode as far as pairing it.
Once connected I was able to access all of the cool features, color changing, brightness, saturation, and the different pre-made effects. This light strip is so neat. The lights are great and the colors are beautiful. The options are limitless. I love that you can choose the brightness and tone down the saturation. There are also timer options as well as scheduling options for the lights. The only problem is that I have to hold the connection together in order for it to work. As soon as I quit applying pressure, the entire strip goes out. I used a small clamp to hold the connection together. This worked for a while until I went to hang the strip. The entire backing peels off and the strips is sticky. You just place it where you wanted, and that’s it, it also comes with optional hardware if you don’t want to use the sticky backing. I stuck mine to the ceiling. Eventually, I found a piece of tape to bend the connector just right to get the lights to stay on. This works. It’s not pretty but it works. I would have to assume that all of them won’t be like mine with a broken connection.
All in all, this light strip is okay. Mine doesn’t work right directly out of the box. But, with tape it works well and the light strip looks amazing. The app is great and the options are limitless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the app is easy to install, you can easily change the settings of the light like the color, brightness, mood and set the schedule. It’s a pretty LED that I set it up around my television.
