Easy setup, nice light options, adapter required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Smart Multicolor LED Light Strip by Monster is pretty awesome! It is extremely easy to set up. After downloading the app, you can use it to control the lights, changing their color or intensity, and choosing from up to 15 different light modes. I do think there are more quick flashing modes than most people will ever need, and I prefer either a steady color or a slow fade throughout the various colors. Once it's all set up you can actually use a virtual assistant to operate these lights using only your voice. Of course, you can also adjust the settings using the simple control panel on the power cord. The lights themselves come with adhesive backing which is surprisingly strong, but the kit also includes mounting clips for easy and convenient installation.
My only complaint about this LED light strip is that it doesn't plug into a wall outlet directly, but needs a USB adapter/charger to work. For most folks, this probably won't be a problem, and most people will understand this when purchasing such a kit. However, it could be a source of confusion and even frustration for some. Personally, while I do own several chargers, I would have preferred a direct power supply.
All in all, I think this is a great LED light kit! I love how easy it is to use it, and how cool it feels to tell Alexa to "turn off light strip" when I'm leaving the house. The variety of lighting modes is nice and ought to have something for everyone, and the convenient installation options make it super simple to have up and working in minutes. Great lights!

Good led strip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are bright colored led lights. I placed these around the bottom rim of my sink so I could see in the bathroom in the night. I had a good amount of strip with a little over. It lights up my small bathroom quiet well for the middle of the night. You have many different color options to choose from. Application was easy and quick.

Infinitely customizable light strip via app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We placed this around my son’s floating bed frame and he loves it. You download the monster app to your phone, and can customize the lights from your phone. Multi-color or white, brightness, and sequence are all customizable. Can even be paired with Siri/Alexa/Google for voice commands. You can setup specific sequences or scenes and then set a specific time for those to display. My son set his up for custom displays for his morning wake up, and softer slower light modes for bedtime. You could install this just about anywhere though because it’s got adhesive backing but also mounting screws and brackets. An inexpensive way to really enhance the vibe of any room or space.

Bright with lots of color options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these in the mail a few days ago and I decided to put them on the inside of my bed so that it’ll look like my bed is glowing. The led strips were super easy to apply and they also came with silicon brackets that you can screw in with the provided screws for extra support.
