TERRIBLE

We purchased these lights for my son’s bedroom. The remote will not connect to the lights so they are stuck on bright LED white lighting. The 2nd strip roll doesn’t work at all. We have replaced the batteries and attempted several un-plug/restart options with the power button as well as speed up button. We have a very upset 4 year old and defeated parents :(

It needs to be more sticky and have things to get it up light thumbtacks and you guys need to have a remote already provided in real life the QR code is not giving the way on how to find the remote
